Characteristic
The main structure
The lower part is welded, the upper part is made of aluminum extrusion structure, and the outer cover of each area is quickly disassembled design. The main operating area is the monitor on the left side of the machine, and there is a quick tape operation in front of the taping area.
Load/Unload transport motor
Adopt an Under-Based and simplified design. 2 tracks transfer products continuously. There is positioning on the top and side of the whole track which can suppress deformation of tray.
Defective product transfer structure
After tape and reel, empty tray will be retrieved, and the defective area will replenish empty tray automatically.
The P/P module
High-precision screw transmission, the suction can be lifted independently, and the module design makes remove it quickly.
The double-acting servo lantern-wheel system
To achieve high-speed packaging/reversing package. It can suppress product dropping effectively.
Tape with origin design
To show when reset/To hide when completion.
Two-stage stamping design
(rising during downtime/downing during production)
To avoid scalding the tape during downtime.
Tape and reel automatic feeding device
To prevent pulling tape. And there is generic carrier (for Normal reel or Jumble reel) no need change kit.
The sealing motor
Can be set to change the T&R type by program (packaging/reversing packaging). And to adjust the torque of the digital motor.
